Visit customers' locations to conduct detailed vehicle inspections. • Evaluate the overall condition of vehicles, including exterior, interior, engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical components. • Identify accidental damage, repairs, and mechanical issues. • Capture high-quality photographs and accurately document inspection findings through the company application. • Prepare and submit vehicle evaluation reports within the defined timelines. • Explain inspection findings to customers professionally and address basic queries. • Adhere to company SOPs and maintain high standards of customer experience.
