Car Detailing Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our automotive care team as Trainee Car Detailing Technicians. In this role, you will undergo hands-on, on-the-job training to master professional vehicle cleaning, interior deep-cleaning, surface preparation, and detailing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Washing & Cleaning: Perform thorough exterior foam washing, pressure washing, rim cleaning, and drying using safe, scratch-free microfiber techniques.

• Interior Detailing: Vacuum carpets, upholstery, trunk areas, and assist in deep-cleaning dashboards, seats, and leather surfaces.

• Assisting Senior Technicians: Help senior detailers with surface preparation, tape masking, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating application.

• Tool & Equipment Care: Safely handle, clean, and maintain detailing machinery, vacuum cleaners, polishers, sprayers, and chemical supplies.

• Quality Check & Bay Upkeep: Ensure all assigned tasks meet service quality standards and keep the workshop detailing area clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass or pursuing/completed Undergraduate degree in any stream.

• Experience: Freshers (0 years of experience); complete training will be provided on the job.

• Age Eligibility: 20 years and above.

• Key Attributes: Passion for cars/automobiles, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and physical fitness to handle workshop equipment.

• Availability: Ready to work full-time in workshop operations and learn new detailing technologies.
