🔧 Job Title: Maintenance Fitter

📍 Department: Maintenance

📌 Role Purpose:

To ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance (PM) of machines such as:

Press Machines

CNC Machines

Hydraulic Press

SPM (Special Purpose Machines) – Welding

Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ensure press machine accuracy and proper alignment.

Carry out maintenance and basic operations of:

Lathe Machines

Milling Machines

Welding Equipment

Implement and support Kaizen and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.

🎓 Skills & Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Fitter or relevant field

Hands-on experience in maintenance of industrial machines

Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly

Basic knowledge of machining (lathe, milling) and welding

💼 Experience:

2–5 years of experience in maintenance (preferred in manufacturing industry)
