Key Responsibilities
Engineering drawing knowledge & study.
Mechanical parts/components identification & use of knowledge.
Plans assembly sequence by studying drawings, specifications, machining
parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
ITI/NCTVT course from a recognized institute with around 5-7yrs experience of
assembly in any engineering industry.
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of Piping and drawing knowledge.
Expert in use of measuring instruments.
Expert in machine building with accuracy and specifications.
Hand assembly experience for steel cold rolling mill and process line equipment
Handling & use of measurement equipment’s.
Use of mechanical tools & tackles.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures
Problem identification and troubleshooting.
Ensures compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as per ISO
9001.
