Duties and responsibilities

Actively promote and sell after-sales services, including repairs, maintenance, and installation.

To make call to customer to inform machine dispatch.

To take machine arrival confirmation from customer.

To ask installation date and time from customer.

To attend service, repairing, maintenance call and inform to management for further move.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

To send wishes to customer by WhatsApp. Mail.

To inform the management as complain received. If complain may be resolve by telephonic, coordinate for same.

To make call after competition of service/ installation.

Work with the company's technical team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support.

To make tour plan for technician, assign the task to technician.

To collect service report from technician/ team member.

To connivance to customer for technician stay and meal arrangement.

To coordinate with account department to release tour advance.

To check TA/DA of service team member and forward to HR Department.

To coordinate with Travels agencies to book tickets, hotels of technician and service team members.

To maintain ticket entry in spreadsheet daily basis.

To maintain team member attendance and share to hr department monthly basis.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the after-sales services division.

Advice to the customer for update machines.

Explain AMC Plan to customer.

To send financial quotation to customer for service and maintenance.

Provide initially technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment recommendations.

To inform management for technical problem.

Ask video of problem machines/ issue in machines, share video to management, and move forward as per management instruction.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and development

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.

To call customer for machines enquiry.

To share financial quotation to customer.

To hare spare part call to spare part concern person and coordinate till deliver.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.

To maintain MIS and CRM.

To make daily activity in CRM, Generate the service, assigned technical.

To maintain Various MIS report management.

Other task assigned by management.
