Position

Senior Car Mechanic / Senior Technician

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years experience in multi-brand car repair and servicing.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives (based on skills and performance)

Job Type

Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Perform complete diagnosis and repair of cars.

Handle:

Engine repair work

Clutch and gearbox work

Suspension and brake repairs

Timing belt replacement

EGR and intercooler cleaning

AC troubleshooting

Electrical fault diagnosis

Identify root cause of problems instead of temporary repairs.

Ensure high-quality work and minimum repeat complaints.

Guide and train junior mechanics/helpers.

Follow workshop SOPs and safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness and proper tool handling.

Coordinate with service advisor regarding repair status and estimated delivery time.

Conduct final inspection and road test before vehicle delivery.

Required Skills

Strong diagnostic ability

Knowledge of multi-brand cars

Ability to use diagnostic scanner tools

Understanding of diesel and petrol engines

Good problem-solving skills

Team handling capability

Honest and disciplined work attitude

Preferred Candidate

Experience in authorized service center or reputed garage preferred.

ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred.

Must be quality-focused and customer-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple jobs efficiently.
