Key Responsibilities ● Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and repairs of Royal Enfield motorcycles. ● Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues accurately. ● Carry out repairs and replacements as per manufacturer guidelines and SOPs. ● Follow job cards and instructions provided by the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor. ● Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices. ● Conduct quality checks and road tests wherever required before vehicle delivery. ● Report additional repair requirements and technical concerns to the supervisor. ● Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs without compromising quality. ● Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation. ● Follow workshop safety standards and proper handling of tools and equipment. ● Ensure replaced parts and consumables are handled as per dealership procedures. ● Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle performance and repairs. ● Participate in technical training and stay updated on new models and repair procedures. ● Maintain productivity and adhere to dealership service quality standards.
