Job Title: Technical Field Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Field Executive responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the uptime of battery charging and swapping stations. The role ensures safe and efficient station operations through timely field support and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission charging and swapping stations.

Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, hardware, and connectivity issues.

Respond to station breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Perform grounding, earthing, and safety compliance checks.

Maintain service records, fault logs, and maintenance reports.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of electrical systems, AC/DC power, and battery charging infrastructure.

Basic understanding of networking, IoT devices, and remote monitoring systems.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and insulation testers.

Ability to perform basic software configuration and firmware updates.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.

1–3 years of experience in EV, Telecom, Solar, or field service operations.

Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with EV charging or battery swapping stations.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
