A Service Technician (ST) – Two-Wheeler is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles and scooters while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves handling complex mechanical and electrical issues, including engine, transmission, braking systems, and wiring faults. The technician performs routine servicing such as oil changes, brake inspections, and general maintenance, while also using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve advanced problems. In addition to technical work, a Senior Technician supports and guides junior technicians, ensures proper use of tools and workshop practices, and maintains accurate job records. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to follow safety and service standards. Candidates typically have 3–6 years of experience in two-wheeler servicing, with a qualification of 10th, ITI, or Diploma, and basic knowledge of electric vehicles is an added advantage.
