Perform routine maintenance and servicing of OLA Electric vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults accurately.
Repair or replace defective parts and components as per company standards.
Perform battery, motor, controller, and wiring system checks.
Use diagnostic tools and software for fault detection and resolution.
Ensure timely completion of service jobs and maintain service records.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of new vehicles.
Explain service findings and recommendations to customers when required.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the workshop.
Coordinate with the Service Manager for warranty claims and technical escalations.
Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the defined turnaround time.
