We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electric Two-Wheeler Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain electric scooters and motorcycles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EV components, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
Diagnostics & Repair
Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to electric two-wheelers, including motors, controllers, wiring, batteries, BMS systems, brakes, suspension, and chassis.
Perform software-based diagnostics using OEM tools or mobile apps.
Troubleshoot electrical faults such as short circuits, connectivity issues, and battery performance problems.
Maintenance
Conduct routine servicing, including brake adjustments, tire changes, lubrication, and safety checks.
Perform periodic battery health checks and ensure proper charging procedures.
Quality & Safety
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines related to high-voltage EV systems.
Customer Service
Explain repair issues and solutions to customers in a clear manner.
Provide recommendations for maintenance and safe usage.
Documentation
Maintain accurate service records.
Update job cards, parts used, and diagnostic reports in the system.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or related field.
Proven experience as a two-wheeler mechanic; EV experience preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, battery systems, and motor technology.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and mobile/PC-based service apps.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with popular EV brands (e.g., Ola, Ather, TVS, Hero, Bajaj, etc.).
Certification in Electric Vehicle Maintenance.
Knowledge of CAN communication systems or EV software tools.
Workshop, service center, or on-site service support.
May involve carrying tools, lifting vehicle components, and working in varied outdoor/indoor conditions.
Based on experience and certifications (you can specify if needed).
