Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections of bikes to ensure they meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
Utilize software tools and digital platforms to document inspection results and generate maintenance reports.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement in bike quality and safety.
Track and log inspection records using automated tools to maintain an accurate database of bike conditions and repairs.
Calibrate and configure inspection tools and diagnostic software to ensure they are performing accurately.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions when inspection standards are not met.
Stay up to date with the latest software developments and tools used in bike inspection and maintenance processes.
Train other technicians and team members on the use of new software tools and updated inspection procedures.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in bike or vehicle inspection with a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in using diagnostic software tools for inspection and reporting.
Knowledge of bike mechanics, including brake systems, drivetrain components, and suspension.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify mechanical and structural issues.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Should be on field travelling.
