• - Resolve problems in real-time, ensuring the bike is safe, reliable, and fully operational.

• - Engage professionally with users who bring in bikes for repair, ensuring a smooth, courteous, and positive customer experience.

• - Communicate repair details and timelines to users clearly and efficiently.

• - Complete a set target of repairs as determined by your supervisor,  maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow.

• - Ensure that all repairs meet the company's standards for quality, safety, and performance.

• - Use the correct spare parts based on the diagnostic results and repair requirements, ensuring parts are properly recorded in Inventory management.

• - Follow all safety protocols while working with tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• - Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and colleagues.

• - Ensure that all hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment are maintained, calibrated, and used properly to ensure precision and efficiency.
