Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement trade marketing activities to support sales targets. • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners. • Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and visibility activities. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities. • Ensure brand guidelines and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) are effectively implemented at retail points. • Coordinate with the sales team to drive channel-specific growth. • Track ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns. • Prepare regular reports on trade marketing initiatives and performance. Requirements: • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 2 years of trade marketing experience (FMCG/Publishing/Retail preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
