Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Identify new opportunities, platforms, and partnerships to expand digital presence.
Platform & Store Management
Manage online storefronts (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
Optimize site navigation, checkout processes, and overall customer journey.
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Execute SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, and social media campaigns to drive traffic.
Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Leverage analytics to enhance conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Track KPIs such as sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to inform decision-making.
Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Customer Experience & Retention
Enhance customer engagement through personalization, loyalty programs, and offers.
Coordinate with customer service to resolve escalations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with product, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to align e-commerce operations.
Manage relationships with vendors, platforms, and third-party service providers.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
4–8 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and digital analytics.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, marketplaces).
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
