Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential/existing customers and handle incoming queries regarding products/services.
Sales and Lead Generation: Persuade customers to purchase products or services, and convert prospects into sales.
Product Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to drive interest and answer questions accurately.
Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data in the CRM system.
Customer Support: Address customer complaints, grievances, and queries to ensure high satisfaction.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer retention.
