Social Media Manager (SMM)
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence. The ideal candidate will develop content, build brand identity, analyze performance, and stay ahead of trends across all social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Content Creation
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually compelling content
• Generate educational, informative, and user-generated content
2️⃣ Strategy Development
• Understand client goals and craft custom social media strategies
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
3️⃣ Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor metrics: engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights
4️⃣ Brand Monitoring & Community Engagement
• Track brand mentions and conversations across platforms
• Respond to comments/messages professionally and handle negative feedback
5️⃣ Trend Analysis & Platform Growth
• Stay updated with platform changes and social media trends
• Experiment with new tools, formats, and content types
6️⃣ Team Coordination
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand visibility and reach
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 2–3 years in social media management (agency/brand role preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of social platforms
• Tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer
• Ability to write compelling captions and suggest content formats
• Analytical mindset – comfortable reading data and drawing insights
• Excellent communication & time-management skills
• Up-to-date with trends in reels, memes, and viral content
