Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing high-performing social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at trend forecasting, community building, content optimization, and paid campaign execution across multiple platforms. You should have a proven track record of growing engagement, managing brand presence, and leveraging both creative and analytical skills to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for brand growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.

• Create platform-optimized content calendars, captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored for engagement and conversions.

• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments to boost brand relevance.

• Lead coordination with designers, video editors, and content creators for high-quality creatives, reels, and campaigns.

• Integrate AI tools for ideation, copywriting, and performance optimization.

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager—including targeting, budgets, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

• Foster community engagement through proactive responses, DMs, and comment management.

• Monitor analytics, measure KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through detailed monthly reports.

• Experiment with new features, tools, and strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

💻 Tools & Tech Skills

• Must-Have: Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager (advanced campaign management), Creator Studio.

• Scheduling & Analytics: Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics.

• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Adobe Express, LatelyAI.

• Bonus Skills: Prompt writing for AI-generated content, basic Photoshop/Premiere Pro knowledge.

✅ Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing and growing social media for brands/agencies.

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X.

• Advanced skills in paid promotion strategy, execution, and reporting.

• Strong creative writing, copy editing, and storytelling skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Must be based in Mumbai and available for on-site work 6 days a week.
