About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Specialist to lead our organic and paid social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing content campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

The ideal candidate understands how to blend compelling short-form video storytelling with strategic, audience-focused copy to grow our brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Production

• Script, film, edit, and publish high-performing short-form videos (Reels, illustration, Shorts).

• Write engaging, platform-tailored copy that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

• Design polished visual assets, graphics, and carousel posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

2. Strategy & Campaign Management

• Develop and manage a monthly multi-platform content calendar aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and industry trends.

• Conduct regular competitor analysis and trend research to keep our brand ahead of social media algorithm updates.

3. Community Engagement & Social Listening

• Actively monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner, and spark meaningful conversations.

• Track brand mentions and sentiment using social listening tools to identify key customer feedback and growth opportunities.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and evaluate performance metrics (reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions) across all channels.

• Deliver monthly performance reports with clear actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves

• Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or agency.

• Content Skills: Demonstrated portfolio featuring successful short-form videos, graphic designs, and written captions.

• Editing Tools: Proficiency in mobile/desktop video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and visual design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

• Analytics & Ads: Familiarity with native analytics tools and experience running/managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for workflow optimization.

• Background in influencer marketing and outreach.

• Knowledge of social management platforms (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
