Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Create monthly content calendars.

• Write engaging captions and coordinate graphics, videos, and reels.

• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

• Monitor comments, messages, and online community engagement.

• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and design teams.

• Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and Google Analytics.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI.

• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

• Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
