Position: Social Media Intern
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Stipend: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500 per month

Pehla Kadam Ek Umeed is a social initiative working towards creating positive change in society through education, healthcare support, skill development, and community welfare programs. We aim to bring hope and opportunities to underprivileged communities.

Internship Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Intern who can help us share our social impact stories, increase awareness, and manage our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create engaging posts, captions, stories, and reels

• Capture and organize photos/videos of NGO activities

• Assist in planning social media campaigns

• Support in increasing online reach and engagement

• Research social media trends and content ideas

• Maintain regular posting schedules

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

• Creativity and interest in content creation

• Good communication and writing skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva/design tools is preferred

• Willingness to learn and contribute to social causes
