Social Media Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, social media management, graphic design, and basic video editing.

This role requires someone who can independently plan, create, execute, and analyze content while coordinating shoots and managing day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.

• Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.

• Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, shorts, and other content.

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.

• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop content ideas aligned with business goals and audience interests.

• Write scripts, captions, and content briefs for videos and social media posts.

• Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities.

• Contribute to overall social media strategy and brand positioning.

Graphic Design & Video Editing

• Design social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing materials using Canva.

• Perform basic video editing for reels, shorts, and social media content.

• Create engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Shoot Coordination & Production

• Assist in content shoots and handle basic camera operations.

• Record behind-the-scenes content, project updates, and social media videos.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content production.

Requirements

Must Have

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

• Proficiency in Canva.

• Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.

• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube content strategies.

• Strong written communication and script-writing skills.

• Basic photography and camera handling knowledge.

• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Preferred

• Experience with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

• Knowledge of trending content formats and social media algorithms.

• Experience working with brands in interiors, architecture, lifestyle, or design industries.
