As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that improve the online visibility of our websites. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and the marketing team to ensure our web content is optimized for search engines, improving organic search rankings and increasing traffic.
On-Page SEO:
Perform keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for optimization.
Optimize website content (titles, meta descriptions, header tags, etc.) for target keywords.
Work on internal linking strategy to enhance site navigation and authority.
Off-Page SEO:
Implement backlink-building strategies to increase domain authority.
Develop relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters to improve link acquisition.
Monitor the effectiveness of backlinking campaigns.
Technical SEO:
Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links).
Ensure that the website is optimized for speed and mobile devices.
Collaborate with developers to implement structured data (schema markup) and resolve issues like duplicate content or redirects.
SEO Reporting & Analytics:
Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Generate monthly SEO reports with key insights and performance metrics.
Provide recommendations to improve rankings, traffic, and engagement.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and other web content.
Identify content gaps and suggest new topics that align with SEO strategy.
SEO Trends & Algorithm Updates:
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Adjust strategies as needed in response to search engine changes.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (for technical SEO).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (can be entry-level).
