Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Black Hat Ads Specialist with strong knowledge of paid advertising, campaign testing, scaling, competitor research, and performance marketing. The candidate should have the ability to identify opportunities, test aggressive campaign strategies, optimize advertising performance, and generate high-quality leads while maintaining responsible and compliant advertising practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop advanced campaign testing and scaling strategies.

- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new advertising opportunities.

- Test different ad creatives, copies, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.

- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.

- Identify performance issues and implement rapid optimization strategies.

- Handle campaign budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently.

- Analyze customer behavior and build effective retargeting strategies.

- Work with the creative and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

- Maintain detailed reports of campaign performance and optimization activities.

- Stay updated with advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Advanced knowledge of paid advertising and lead-generation funnels.

- Strong understanding of campaign testing and scaling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting.

- Ability to work with high-pressure targets and performance-based campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ROI.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in high-volume lead generation campaigns.

- Experience with aggressive campaign testing and scaling.

- Experience in competitive digital marketing niches.

- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and CRM tracking.
