Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen WYN’s online visibility, drive traffic growth, and improve overall search performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEO, data-driven, and able to adapt to evolving digital trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights.

• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

• Improve website ranking, domain authority, and organic search performance.

• Manage and optimize SEM / paid campaigns when required.

• Perform regular audits to identify issues and opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.

• Enhance site structure, internal linking, and content optimization.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO best practices.

• Keep track of algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and results-driven digital marketing.

• Strong hands-on expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

• 2–5 years of experience in a dedicated SEO or digital marketing role.

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.

• In-depth knowledge of current SEO standards, trends, and algorithm practices.

• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
