Key Responsibilities
Execute BTL activities such as Van Activations, Farmer Meets, Retail & Dealer Branding, Roadshows, Mandi/Haat Activations, and Product Demonstrations.
Coordinate with Central Marketing team, sales teams, and local vendors for smooth execution.
Manage local vendors including fabricators, printers, branding agencies, and merchandise suppliers.
Ensure branding quality, timely execution, and budget adherence.
Submit activity reports with photographs and expense details.
Requirements
2–3 years of BTL field execution experience.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural markets.
Experience in Automobile, Tractor, Agri, or Rural FMCG industry preferred.
Good understanding of rural marketing and BTL campaigns.
Strong local vendor network.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Qualification: Any Graduate
