Job Purpose

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and distribution growth across the assigned territory, developing dealer/distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage and ensuring strong visibility of Jyomix products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

· Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.

· Drive primary and through dealers

2. Distributor & Dealer Management

· Appoint and develop new dealers

· Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

· Ensure adequate stock availability across the territory.

· Resolve dealer/distributor issues related to pricing, stock, schemes and service.

3. Reporting & MIS

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

· Track territory-wise sales, stock and secondary movement.

· Submit market intelligence and competitor reports to management.
