Role: Sales Executive – Field Sales
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who want to build or advance their career in sales, marketing, and business development in the growing EdTech sector.
The role involves field visits, lead generation, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Location: Dharwad
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (Education / EdTech / Any Sales)
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to daily plans, app logins, field reports, and tracking.
Review enrollments, conversions, and revenue performance across regions.
Visit assigned regions periodically assess on-ground work, and resolve challenges.
Perform enrollments, follow-ups, virtual meetings, and closures.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, institutions, partners, and other stakeholders.
Implement sales strategies and enrollment campaigns as directed by management.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Act as a bridge between Head Office and Customer.

Experience in managing and monitoring field sales teams
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel across India as required
Education Qualification
Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Profile
Candidates with education or EdTech sales or any sales background
Experience handling Pan-India operations
Comfortable with both team management and individual contribution roles
This role is best suited for a senior sales professional looking to lead Pan-India enrollment operations while remaining actively involved in direct sales execution
