About the Role
We are looking for a driven Growth and Strategy Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for 9to5's corporate gifting and merchandise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Prepare proposals and close deals
Manage client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Experience in B2B sales and client management
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
