Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in Investment Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and market research, supporting investment product marketing initiatives, preparing research reports, and assisting in investor communication strategies. The role requires strong analytical capability combined with an understanding of financial products and marketing positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on equity, debt, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other investment products.
Analyze financial statements, market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and sector performance.
Prepare investment notes, fact sheets, pitch decks, product presentations, and marketing collaterals.
Assist in developing marketing strategies for investment products based on research insights.
Track competitor offerings, product positioning, and market developments.
Support sales and relationship teams with research-backed data and customized presentations.
Create periodic MIS, performance reports, and portfolio analysis.
Monitor regulatory updates and industry changes impacting investment products.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product launches and campaign execution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling basics.
Good knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, and portfolio analysis.
Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convert research insights into marketing narratives.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.
CFA (Level 1/2) candidates will be an added advantage.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in investment research, financial analysis, or investment marketing.
Prior experience in Asset Management Company (AMC), Wealth Management Firm, PMS, AIF, or Fintech platform preferred.
