Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and onboard construction projects from builders, developers, individual clients, and commercial customers.
Utilize existing industry contacts and self-generated leads to acquire projects on an immediate basis.
Conduct continuous lead generation through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
Meet prospective clients, understand their construction requirements, and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
Ensure regular client follow-ups, site visits, and meetings to maximize project conversions.
Achieve monthly business acquisition targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams for project discussions and handover.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in field sales / marketing / lead generation
Open to candidates from any industry with relevant field experience
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving licence
Good geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar and nearby areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally for field work
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
