We are looking for a Promoter to join our team to help plan and execute marketing campaignsat Railway stations /bus stops and other public places with a stall. This role involves offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities on field with a stall . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns on field.

• Coordinate with random public , customers ,vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data

• Support lead generation, sales, revenue generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, follow and implement advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image in public on field.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
