We are looking for a Product Marketing to join our team at Envifab Equipments to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through telephone calls, emails, and online platforms.
Manage online sales and marketing activities on IndiaMART and other digital platforms.
Explain products and services to customers in a professional manner.
Respond to customer queries and conduct regular follow-ups.
Work towards sales targets assigned by the company.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
Promote Water Treatment Equipments and Spares.
Support business growth through online lead generation and customer engagement.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
