Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Operations Associate located at our Nagasandra Office, Bengaluru.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, calling leads, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with residents, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated through campaigns and apartment communities

• Explain company services and convert enquiries into customers

• Collect, verify, and organize customer documents

• Coordinate with residents regarding documentation and process updates

• Maintain CRM and customer records

• Support sales, operations, and business development activities

• Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• B.Com, BBA, MBA, BBM, or related degree

• Good English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Kannada speaking ability preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
