We are looking for a Process Coordinator to join our team and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating both online and offline promotional activities, ensuring smooth internal processes, and assisting in brand-building initiatives. The position offers strong learning exposure and growth opportunities in the marketing field.
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Support promotions, events, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data, competitor insights, and campaign feedback
Assist in lead generation activities and brand awareness initiatives
Conduct basic market research and support campaign strategy development
Manage and monitor the brand’s social presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Ensure timely follow-ups and process adherence across departments
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in marketing, coordination, or a similar role
Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools, and digital platforms
Creative mindset with good coordination and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on exposure to real marketing campaigns
