We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at TNW International Private Limited
Key Responsibilities:
● Support the CEO / ED in day-to-day brand responsibilities.
● Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
● Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to ensure timely completion of assignments.
● Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
● Help prepare for presentations by creating any necessary marketing materials (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, marketing books etc.).
● Collaborate with the team to aid in portfolio management and innovation projects.
● Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
● Conduct research and compile information as needed.
● Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives.
● Draft and prepare emails, letters, and other correspondence.
