About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ year of experience to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, bids, and keywords.

• Drive qualified leads, conversions, website traffic, and revenue through paid campaigns.

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.

• Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.

• Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Run A/B tests on campaigns, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.

• Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages, funnels, and remarketing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and marketing dashboards is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Google Ads Certification

• Meta Blueprint Certification

• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets

• Experience with e-commerce, D2C, real estate, education, healthcare, or lead-generation campaigns

• Knowledge of Looker Studio is a plus
