Cybex Exim Solutions, a global leader in trade intelligence and data analytics, is looking for a hands-on B2B Performance Marketer who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns. This role requires core, end-to-end experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads with a proven performance track record.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management
Independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Experience with Google Ads & AdSense will be an added advantage
Full-Funnel Strategy Ownership
Design and manage the complete marketing funnel:
Awareness → Engagement → Retargeting → Nurturing → Lead Conversion
Tracking Setup & Measurement
Implement and manage Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
Ensure accurate event tracking and data integrity
Audience Segmentation
Build and refine B2B custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing segments
Deliver highly relevant and conversion-focused ad experiences
Analytics & Optimization
Track and optimize key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS
Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns daily within defined budgets
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Execute targeted campaigns for lead nurturing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages
Skills & Experience Required
2–5 years of pure B2B performance marketing experience (not general digital marketing)
Proven experience running Meta & LinkedIn Ads independently (strategy, execution, optimization, reporting)
Ability to present past campaign KPIs during screening (CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR)
Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking setups, and PPC strategy
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization
Strong analytical mindset with a ROI-driven approach
Bachelor’s degree required
Google / Meta certifications are a plus
