About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Social Media Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into real results. This role is for someone who understands Meta Ads and Google Ads deeply, stays updated with trends, and focuses on achieving the best possible ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Manage ad creatives, copies, and A/B testing
Stay updated with latest ad policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Work closely with design & content team for high-performing creatives
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Strong understanding of performance marketing & conversion funnels
Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
Knowledge of e-commerce campaigns (preferred)
Updated with latest trends, strategies & platform updates
Good communication & reporting skills
