Position Overview

Gallery Silver Scapes is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The role requires a strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate quality leads while maximizing marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube)

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)

• Develop lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies.

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on:

  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)

  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

  • Click Through Rate (CTR)

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Conversion Rate

• Manage daily advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.

• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

• Coordinate with the Creative, Content, and Design teams for campaign assets.

• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Meta Pixel

  • UTM Parameters

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Optimize landing pages in coordination with the website team to improve conversions.

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend scaling opportunities.

• Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Google Analytics 4

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Meta Pixel

• Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Good understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Google Ads Certification.

• Meta Blueprint Certification.

• Experience in luxury retail, art, lifestyle, or premium brands will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or CRM platforms.
