We are looking for a OPERATIONS to join our team at Maggnessa Healthcare Consultancy Services Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling to perspective

• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a system.

• Have team sprit to drive the team towards achieving targets and keep the team motivated.

• Having mindset to have solutions achieve incentives.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Any graduate (BE Preferred) + MBA (Sales and Marketing) and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach
