Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end loan processing for secured and unsecured products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, etc.).
Verify and validate customer documents as per lender credit policies.
Upload and track loan applications on lender portals.
Coordinate with lenders for login, approval, queries, sanction, and disbursal stages.
Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure.
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and lender compliance requirements.
Act as a bridge between sales teams, channel partners, and lending institutions.
Track TATs and escalation cases to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in lending operations with a DSA, NBFC, Bank, or Fintech.
Hands-on experience with lender portals and loan processing workflows.
knowledge of loan documentation and credit processes.
Familiarity with KYC norms and basic credit parameters.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
