We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to build our brand presence, generate a strong sales pipeline, and create digital channels to engage existing customers and referral partners in the loans business.
Build and execute online marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and trust
Drive qualified lead generation and manage the digital sales funnel
Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, SEO, landing pages)
Create engagement channels for existing customers (email, WhatsApp, CRM, social media)
Develop communication and marketing programs for referral and channel partners
Track marketing performance, lead quality, and ROI; continuously optimize campaigns
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry and regulatory guidelines
Experience in digital marketing for loans / financial services / fintech
Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, and pipeline management
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, CRM, and analytics tools
Ability to drive both acquisition and retention initiatives
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience with loan products (personal, business, home, LAP, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing automation and partner/referral programs
High-impact role in a growing loans business
