We are looking for a Online Marketing Executive to join our team at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
