Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic Offline Marketing Executives / Medical Representatives (MR) to strengthen our outreach and brand presence across key regions. The role involves building strong relationships with optical shops, doctors, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient referrals and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct field visits for doctor tie-ups, hospital networking, and optical shop partnerships

· Previous experience from Center for Sight, EyeQ, Eye7, Sharp Sight, and other relevant centers is a plus point.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and optical stores

· Manage referral generation and partnership activities

· Execute offline marketing initiatives in assigned areas

· Track and report daily field activities

· Support brand visibility through on-ground campaigns and visits

Eligibility Criteria

·  Graduation Completed

·  Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, eye care, pharma, or MR roles preferred

·  Strong communication & relationship-building skills

·  Ability to work independently in field operations

·  Must be comfortable with daily field travel

·  Energetic, target-driven & professional attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
