Key Responsibilities :

Reddit Community Engagement

• Identify and participate in relevant subreddits aligned with our industry

• Monitor discussions, questions, and recurring pain points

• Post thoughtful comments and answers that provide genuine value

• Create occasional text-based posts focused on problem-solving and education

• Follow subreddit rules strictly and maintain community trust

Research & Listening

• Track frequently asked questions and emerging trends

• Analyze user sentiment, objections, and expectations

• Observe competitor mentions and industry gaps

Knowledge Capture & Documentation

• Log insights, questions, and answers in structured formats (Excel / Notion / Docs)

• Convert high-performing Reddit responses into:

• FAQs

• Internal SOPs

• Training material

• Content drafts

• Maintain a clean and searchable internal knowledge base

Reporting & Collaboration

• Share weekly insights and patterns with leadership

• Highlight opportunities for process improvement or content creation

• Coordinate with internal teams for accuracy and alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills (clear, helpful, human tone)

• Ability to research and summarize information effectively

• Understanding of online communities and forum etiquette

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and consistently
