About the Role
Courtyard Farms is looking for someone who can build and grow our online community while managing relationships with creators, influencers, and brand collaborators. The role combines community engagement, influencer outreach, content coordination, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow Courtyard Farms’ online communities across Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
Coordinate influencer campaigns, collaborations, gifting, and partnerships
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner
Work with the content team to plan social media content and campaigns
Track campaign performance, engagement, and creator ROI
Build relationships with niche communities in wellness, food, sustainability, lifestyle, and farming
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of Instagram and creator ecosystems
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple collaborations
Interest in sustainable living, food brands, farming, or wellness is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience working with D2C, Food or lifestyle brands
Basic understanding of content creation and social media analytics
