Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of foundation programs.

• Handle complete team operations — volunteers, coaches, and coordinators.

• Build partnerships with NGOs, corporates (CSR), and government institutions.

• Execute fundraising & sponsorship drives for para-sports and community programs.

• Coordinate awareness campaigns, health drives, and training workshops.

• Manage social media content, outreach, and event promotions.

• Ensure smooth field execution and timely reporting to management.

• Prepare impact reports, project proposals, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management / Sports / Social Work (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGO / CSR / Sports / Event Management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizing skills.

• Ability to manage teams and multiple programs simultaneously.

• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
