Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

## Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and streamline our travel operations data. You will handle daily booking reports, sales metrics, and performance dashboards to support decision-making.

## Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, track, and maintain daily sales, booking, and cancellation data.

• Report Generation: Create accurate weekly and monthly operational and financial performance reports.

• Dashboard Maintenance: Update internal tracking sheets and dashboards using advanced MS Excel formulas.

• Inventory Tracking: Monitor airline seats, hotel room inventories, and holiday package utilization data.

• Data Quality Control: Audit operational inputs to fix inconsistencies and ensure database accuracy.

• Team Support: Provide data-driven insights to the sales, operations, and management teams.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, formulas).

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the tours, travel, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to read, interpret, and organize large sets of numerical data.

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with different departments.

• Efficiency: High speed and accuracy in data entry and report generation under tight deadlines.
