International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS), Noida, is a leading higher education institution offering quality undergraduate and postgraduate programs. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Manager to expand our admissions network across Northern India.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and develop relationships with admission consultants, education counselors, schools, coaching institutes, and channel partners across North India.

• Promote IIBS academic programs and generate quality student admissions.

• Identify and onboard new admission consultants and maintain strong business relationships.

• Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities to increase awareness of IIBS courses.

• Follow up with consultants and prospective students to improve admission conversions.

• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports, consultant databases, and admission records.

• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth processing of student applications.

• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business growth.

• Travel extensively across North India as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, business development, or channel sales.

• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in educational marketing may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to meet admission targets.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel extensively across Northern India.

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
